Job summary

ADM is seeking a Maintenance/Millwright for the West Plant in Decatur, IL. This full-time, hourly role offers paid training, shift options, and potential overtime.

You will install, repair, and maintain plant machinery using a range of tools, welding, and fabrication skills to support day-to-day operations. The position requires a mechanical background with at least 3–5 years of hands-on experience, and the ability to work flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years hands-on maintenance or millwright experience
• Ability to work any shift and overtime
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
