Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment to improve reliability and uptime.
• Adhere to plant safety, environmental guidelines, and procedures.
• Communicate work performed and equipment status clearly, in writing and verbally.
• Maintain housekeeping standards in a noisy, non‑air conditioned mill environment.
