Job description

Join a Legacy of Craftsmanship and Innovation — Every Day Brings Something New

At Alloy Products Corp, we’ve been proudly manufacturing high-quality stainless steel pressure vessels since 1929 — and our success has always been powered by people who take pride in their work. We’re looking for a Facilities Maintenance Technician who enjoys hands-on problem-solving, variety in their day, and the satisfaction of keeping operations running smoothly.

This is a role for someone who values reliability, craftsmanship, and teamwork — someone who wants to see the tangible results of their effort every day. If you enjoy tackling mechanical challenges and want to grow your skills in a supportive environment, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be part of a small but mighty maintenance team that keeps our plant, offices, and equipment in top condition. Your days will include a mix of preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs — ensuring our facility operates safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Performing general repairs such as patching walls, fixing doors, replacing bulbs, and maintaining facility systems.
  • Supporting plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical maintenance as needed.
  • Diagnosing and repairing issues with production machines, compressors, boilers, and other systems.
  • Conducting regular facility inspections and addressing service requests promptly.
  • Assisting with office moves, workspace setups, and coordination with outside contractors.
  • Operating forklifts and maintaining tools, parts, and work areas in an organized manner.
  • Following safety procedures to protect yourself and your teammates.

No two days are the same — one day you might be diagnosing an air compressor issue, and the next, helping install a new piece of production equipment. It’s a role that keeps you engaged, challenged, and growing.

Pay starts at $24.93 and increases based on skills and experience.

Who You Are

We’re not just looking for technical ability — we’re looking for the right mindset.

You might be a great fit if you’re:

  • Detail-oriented, taking pride in doing things right the first time.
  • Patient and resourceful, able to troubleshoot and adapt when challenges arise.
  • Collaborative, comfortable working with a range of personalities.
  • Self‑motivated, eager to take initiative without waiting for direction.
  • Resilient, with a steady attitude even when plans change.
  • Driven, always looking to learn and improve.

If you bring the right attitude, we’ll provide the training, tools, and mentorship to help you build a rewarding career.

Your Background
  • Working knowledge of general maintenance, including basic plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
  • Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently or under supervision.
  • Forklift experience preferred (we’ll train you if needed).
