What You'll Be Doing Job Scope: The Maintenance Planner is expected to follow the maintenance workflow process to maximize effectiveness of the crafts and overall maintenance function. This role will interact regularly with maintenance staff, craftsmen, operation UTLs, and management. Requires a good understanding of and experience with accepted industry practices for planning work, materials, services, technical information, and a good understanding of safe work practices in a chemical plant.
High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
AACE International or Project Management Institute (PMI) certification is preferred.
Requires 5+ years of relevant industrial experience in planning, scheduling, cost control and estimating.
Ability to sit, stand or walk for long periods of time.
