Job summary

Sappi Cloquet is seeking a maintenance-focused professional to support operational excellence at our Cloquet mill. You will work within a team to uphold safety standards, manage regulatory compliance, and drive reliability and cost control across the maintenance portfolio.

Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, you will coordinate with Safety, Environmental, Operations and Reliability leaders to ensure efficient maintenance planning and execution.

Qualifications

• Responsibilities include safety performance, regulatory compliance, reliability, and cost control.
• Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, this position works closely with Safety, Environmental, Operations and Reliability leaders to achieve maintenance and operational excellence.
• Keep equipment bills of material current.
• Review parts for inventory reduction and/or needed inventory level.

Responsibilities

• Maintain BOMs for equipment and ensure accuracy.
• Review and optimize parts inventory to reduce costs.
• Develop task lists for new and existing equipment, including standard work procedures.
• Maximize wrench time by planning and coordinating maintenance work.
• Assigns all work and redirects as needed to the maintenance workforce.
