Maintenance Mechanic - Protein Conversion RE

The responsibilities include:

1. Performing timely repairs and routine maintenance.
2. Conducting preventive maintenance on equipment.
3. Handling emergency and unplanned problems and repairs.
4. Using precision measuring instruments, electrical and electronic testing devices.
5. Reading complex blueprints, piping diagrams, sketches, and schematics.
6. Using power tools such as saws, drills, impacts, grinders, etc.
7. Inspecting gearboxes, motors, belts, and other operating devices.
8. Checking fluid levels on gearboxes, lubricating bearings, replacing filters, and performing other maintenance actions following established checklists.
9. Recognizing and diagnosing mechanical failures and determining corrective actions, utilizing blueprints, manuals, and parts catalogs.
10. Working in high heat and cold environments, heights, and confined spaces.
11. Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
12. Welding and fabrication skills are preferred.

Requirements: HS diploma/GED required. Technical school training preferred.
