Mechanic Technician
  1. Perform timely repair and routine maintenance.
  2. Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment.
  3. Handle emergency and unplanned problems and repairs.
  4. Use precision measuring instruments, electrical and electronic testing devices.
  5. Read complex blueprints, piping diagrams, sketches, and schematics.
  6. Experience using power tools, saws, drills, impacts, grinders, etc.
  7. Inspect gearboxes, motors, belts, and other operating devices.
  8. Check fluid levels on gearboxes, lubricate bearings, replace filters, and perform other maintenance actions following established checklists.
  9. Recognize and diagnose mechanical failures and determine corrective actions, utilizing blueprints, manuals, and parts catalogs.
  10. Ability to work in high heat and cold environments, at heights, and in confined spaces.
  11. Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
  12. Perform pipe repairs.
  13. Welding and fabrication skills are preferred.
Requirements
  • High School diploma/GED required; technical school preferred.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1-2 years of industrial maintenance experience.
Schedule

Crew (2B): WED-THUR-FRI: 18:00-6:30

SAT: 18:00-00:30

Pay

$25.60 + $1 shift differential
