Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to perform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections.
• Skill in using diagnostic tools to assess performance and functionality.
• Troubleshooting ability to identify root causes and perform moderate repairs.
• Knowledge of technical documents, schematics, blueprints, and P&IDs.
• Accuracy in documenting repairs and recommending future maintenance.
• Organizational skills to manage tools, supplies, and replacement parts.
• Communication skills to share feedback and assist junior mechanics.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventative maintenance in accordance with procedures.
• Inspects equipment, checks fluid levels, lubricates, tightens, and adjusts components.
• Replaces parts, calibrates sensors and gauges, and tests performance.
• Documents maintenance activities, including parts used and work performed.
• Assists with installation, modification, or relocation of machinery.
