Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Combined knowledge of mechanical technology with electrical and electronic circuits.

Responsibilities

• Address process and equipment issues and perform preventive/predictive maintenance.
• Adhere to safety and housekeeping programs for a safe work environment.
• Use machines and measuring tools for tasks like precision alignment and repairs.
• Plan and perform lubrication and operational maintenance on machinery.
• Assist with developmental projects and maintain records and reports.
• Follow lock-out tag-out procedures and perform electrical repairs only on de-energized gear.
• Complete motor replacement and wiring repairs as required.
• Read blueprints and diagrams to guide assembly and repair.
• Travel as needed for training and other purposes.
• Perform miscellaneous duties and maintain attendance.
