DICK’S Sporting Goods in Dimock Township, PA is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the DC. The role focuses on maintaining and repairing conveyors, PLCs, hydraulics, and related equipment to ensure safe, efficient operations.

The position requires 3–5 years’ experience, an Associate’s degree or technical certificate, and strong safety awareness. Expect a physically demanding role with shift 2B: Tue–Fri 5:30p–3:30a and pay of $29.55/hr plus $1/hr shift differential.

Formación

• Associate's degree or equivalent technical training in mechanical or electrical field.
• 2‑year technical certificate or degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of related work experience in maintenance.
• Experience welding, burning, cutting and safe handling of tools.
• Ability to read electrical/mechanical drawings and schematics.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, gear boxes and PLC controls.
• Familiar with DC-specific software packages (Crown PM, Gage) and equipment.
• Strong safety awareness and LOTO experience.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.

Responsabilidades

• Adhere to OSHA safety requirements and LOTO procedures.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair DC facility equipment and conveyance systems.
• Follow PM standards and document work in asset management system.
• Report spare parts usage and inventory levels to leadership.
• Train junior technicians to improve performance and troubleshooting skills.
• Collaborate with outside vendors to complete projects safely and on time.
• Take on other duties to support DC operations.
