Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Three or more years of mechanical experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends to support operations.

Responsibilities

• Performs repairs in accordance with OSHA requirements.
• Diagnose, repair, and rebuild major equipment/components such as balers, conveyors, motors, and forklifts.
• Establishes and adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules and advises leadership if additional work is needed.
• Inspects quality of third-party repairs and rebuilds.
• Recommends measures to improve production, equipment performance and product quality.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with safety procedures and perform duties as assigned.
