Position Title

Maintenance Mechanic

Position Overview

The Maintenance Mechanic reports to the Engineer. The role involves operating equipment and related processes (preparing raw materials & packaging, unloading, packing & labeling) in compliance with legal and company standards.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provides maintenance on electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and other systems with limited supervision.
• Follows all work instructions and safety rules, including PPE and safety gear.
• Maintains general cleanliness of the plant and maintenance areas.
• Practices safety protocols, including start-up/shutdown and lockout/tagout procedures.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in industrial mechanics (pumps, mixers, machinery repair), electrical work, and basic PLC troubleshooting or relevant technical training.
