Job summary

Dart Container is hiring a Maintenance Mechanic at multiple levels. The role involves maintaining, diagnosing, installing and repairing a range of production and facility equipment to ensure safety, quality and uptime.

Candidates should have hands-on experience across mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems, plus SAP PM and basic office software. The position is on-site in Leola, PA, with a focus on KPI achievement and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of production equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, manuals, and schematics.
• Strong hands-on skills across multiple trades and plant systems.
• Proficiency with SAP PM/maintenance software and basic MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Install, diagnose, analyze, maintain, modify, repair or rebuild plant equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and respond to equipment failures.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical and control systems including pneumatic/hydraulic devices.
• Maintain documentation, parts inventory and maintenance logs.
• Collaborate with operators and other technicians to minimize downtime.
• Train other maintenance staff as required.
