Job summary

Dart Container is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to ensure peak performance of plant and facility equipment at our Kentucky facility. You will diagnose, repair, install, and modify equipment, and support change-overs with production teams.

We value hands-on problem solvers with at least 3 years of preventive maintenance experience and a strong understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic systems. Competitive benefits apply to full-time roles.

Qualifications

• Three or more years performing preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repair, or comparable training.
• Solid understanding of repairing and maintaining industrial equipment.
• Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, temperature and pressure gauges.

Responsibilities

• Install, diagnose, analyze, maintain, modify, repair and/or rebuild a variety of plant and facility equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks to detect and prevent issues and keep machines running smoothly.
• Assist production personnel in change-overs and setups.
• Dismantle defective machines to access problem areas or install repaired parts.
