Job description

As a Maintenance Mechanic Level 1 at Honeywell, you will perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery at our Danville, KY location within the Industrial Automation (IA) Strategic Business Group.

You will report to the Maintenance Supervisor and work on-site at our Danville facility. Your role will impact operational efficiency and equipment reliability to ensure smooth production processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment and facilities, including lubrication, filter changes, and cleaning.
• Troubleshoot and repair machinery breakdowns.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and equipment performance data.
• Assist with the installation and setup of new equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues proactively.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
