Job summary

TempWorks Software Incorporated in California seeks a Maintenance Mechanic to ensure operation of machinery and equipment through troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance, supporting production quality and safety standards.

You will work with motors, conveyors, pumps, and mechanical systems; perform diagnostics, parts replacement, and maintenance reporting. Willingness to work all shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Welding skills including arc, TIG, MIG and sanitary welding are required.
• Knowledge of electrical controls and basic electrical understanding.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on motors, conveyors, and production machines per manuals and specifications.
• Diagnose faults by observing equipment in operation and using testing tools.
• Replace defective parts and calibrate devices to restore equipment performance.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping standards and document maintenance activities.
