TIC_Craft seeks a skilled technician to maintain production machinery and ensure optimal operation. The role involves troubleshooting, setup, running and teardown of equipment, and minimizing downtime through effective PM routines.

The candidate will work with machine operators and report issues to management, ensuring safety and precision in all tasks and measurements during production cycles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with relevant field experience.
• Strong working knowledge and abilities for the position.
• Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions; communicate with supervision.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot/diagnose problems with production machinery independently or with specialists.
• Set up, run, troubleshoot, and tear down production machinery.
• Keep designated machinery in running condition and minimize downtime through PM procedures.
• Troubleshoot machinery errors during production times and report issues to management.

• Estimate sizes, distances, quantities, times, costs, resources or materials for activities.
• Inspect subordinates' work for compliance and take corrective action when needed.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties

• Work independently or with industry specialists to trouble shoot/diagnose problems with production machinery.
• Set-up, run, troubleshoot, and tear down production machinery.
• Keep designated machinery in running condition.
• Minimize down time through effective PM procedures and management.
• Troubleshoot machinery errors during production times.
• Communicate issues with machines to production management when necessary.
• Work with Machine Operators to ensure machines are running safely and properly.
• Estimating sizes, distances, and quantities; or determining time, costs, resources, or materials needed to perform a work activity.
• Inspect subordinate's work for compliance with the contract plans and specifications, point out deficiencies and explain and take any corrective action needed.

Qualifications

• May require a high school diploma or its equivalent with previous years of experience in the field or in a related area.
• Must possess strong working knowledge skills and abilities for position.
• Ability to understand, follow and transmit written and oral instructions and communicate effectively with management/supervision.
• Proficient in the safe and efficient use of electrical, hand tools, power tools and layout tools as well as measurement tools

Requirements

• Able to meet all physical requirements.
• Must have all required tools
• Expected to climb and work at heights and in confined spaces (may exceed 200 ft)
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Able to work overtime, nights, and weekends as required by the workload
• Observe and comply with all safety and project rules. Performs other duties as required.
