Kaizen Lab Inc. is seeking an entry-level Maintenance/Mechanic to perform routine repairs across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. You will support facility safety and cleanliness while gaining hands-on experience with equipment such as forklifts, order pickers, and light vehicles.

Maintenance/Entry Level Mechanic
This entry-level Facility Maintenance and Mechanic position willperform routine building repairs, including basic plumbing, electrical, andHVAC maintenance, while ensuring facility safety and cleanliness. Also, basicmechanical aptitude to service and troubleshoot facility equipment such as:Forklifts, order pickers, golf cars, pickup trucks, vans, delivery vehicles.

High school diploma, or GED equivalent needed. Any furthereducation/experience in the maintenance area preferred.
Must maintain a positive attitude, with a customer servicefocus in a fast-paced work environment.
Use of forklift trucks & order pickers experiencepreferred but will train.
Should possess ability to multi-task, manage timeeffectively, and prioritize tasks.
Should be detail-oriented, focused, driven, and aself-starter.
Strong interpersonal, communication, problem solving, andorganizational skills.
Knowledge of general carpentry, and repairs needed.
Should have ability to use hand and power tools.
Ability to work in a team environment as well asindependently.
One year of maintenance experience and a valid driver’slicense needed for driving company vehicles.
