The Mechanic is responsible for performing maintenance on recreation equipment. The employee should be flexible, possess excellent trade skills, be comfortable working outdoors, and committed to delivering high-quality work.

Job Responsibilities

1. Ensure cleanliness and a pleasant atmosphere in the work area at all times.
2. Perform maintenance on ATVs, RZRs, vehicles, engines, electrical systems, etc.
3. Identify and report major repairs needed.
4. Demonstrate efficient and safe use of equipment and tools.
5. Work honestly, dependably, and confidently without direct supervision.
6. Maintain a friendly, efficient, and positive customer service demeanor toward customers, clients, and co-workers.
7. Report major maintenance needs and recommend corrective actions.
8. Maintain a positive attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed.
9. Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring a positive representation at all times.
10. Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
11. Adhere to safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous mechanic experience preferred.
