The Mechanic is responsible for performing maintenance on recreation equipment. The employee should be flexible, possess excellent trade skills, be comfortable working outdoors, and committed to delivering high-quality work.

Job Responsibilities

1. Ensure cleanliness and a pleasant atmosphere of the work area at all times.
2. Perform maintenance on ATVs, RZRs, vehicles, engines, electrical systems, etc.
3. Identify and report any major repairs needed.
4. Demonstrate efficient and safe use of equipment and tools.
5. Be honest, dependable, and forthright, with the ability to work confidently without supervision.
6. Maintain a friendly, efficient, positive customer service demeanor towards customers, clients, and co-workers.
7. Report major maintenance needs and recommend corrective actions.
8. Maintain a positive attitude and be willing to assist wherever needed.
9. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for guests.
10. Work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
11. Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
