Job summary

Tailored Brands seeks a dependable Maintenance Mechanic for Joseph Abboud Manufacturing in New Bedford. You will perform a wide range of maintenance on automated and manual equipment to support production operations.

You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain piping systems, conveyors, and presses, ensuring safe, efficient operation and minimal downtime. Overtime and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with piping fittings, valves, and safe steam/condensate practices.
• Strong mechanical background and equipment troubleshooting experience.
• Technical or trade school education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, connect, and maintain steam and condensate piping to production equipment.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain production machinery and systems.
• Perform major and minor repairs on pressing equipment, conveyors, and related plant equipment.
