Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; technical school coursework preferred.
• Must be 21 years old and hold a valid driver's license.
• Experience in winery or food processing/packaging is preferred (2-3 years).
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English; willing to work extended hours.
• Forklift certification or ability to become certified.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and unplanned repairs per safety protocols and GMPs.
• Install, align, and service motors, gear boxes, pumps, and mechanical systems.
• Use diagnostic tools like VOM, amps meters, and other equipment for maintenance.
• Utilize CMMS JDE to create work orders and document repairs.
• Read blueprints and schematics to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
