Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of industrial maintenance or heavy equipment experience.
• Experience with welding, cutting, troubleshooting preventative maintenance (electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic).
• Solid understanding of pneumatics, hydraulics, pumps, cranes, and power transmission components.
• 3+ years experience with CNC machines and lasers; HVAC knowledge is a plus.
• High school diploma or GED; capable of operating hand, power, and specialized tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical and maintenance support to ensure equipment uptime and availability.
• Conduct safety inspections and document findings, assisting in developing corrective actions.
• Operate cranes, power tools, hoists, and hand tools safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records using the CMMS system and perform preventative maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair engines, conveyors, electrical systems, CNC machines, pneumatic tools, and hydraulic equipment.
