Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support maintenance and repairs at our Minnesota facilities and manufacturing lines. The role involves routine preventive maintenance, equipment repair, and meticulous record-keeping of work performed.

The ideal candidate brings at least four years of related experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and may have vocational training or an AA degree. Strong safety and teamwork skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of related maintenance experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training/AA preferred.
  • Experience with preventive maintenance and safety policies is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintenance and repair of facilities and manufacturing equipment.
  • Record maintenance or repair work and ensure safety compliance.
  • Complete work orders, maintenance sheets, and logs reflecting work performed.

Assists in maintenance services and repairs at facilities and on manufacturing machinery for assigned area(s).
Job Requirements

  • Implementing routine checks and preventive maintenance to ensure proper working facilities.
  • Recording maintenance or repair work malfunctions; ensuring compliance with organizational safety and maintenance policies.
  • Repairing, reassembling, and installing various equipment, machinery, plumbing, carpentry, etc., using manpower and powered tools.
  • Ensuring all work orders, preventive maintenance sheets, repair logs, and related documents are completed to reflect work performed.
What Your Background Should Look Like
Typically requires a minimum of 4 years of related work experience. Requires completion of high school. Vocational training or an AA degree is preferred.
