Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic II to perform routine and emergency repairs across residential apartments and common areas on our Catonsville campus. You will handle electrical, plumbing, door and lock repairs, and execute preventive maintenance to uphold system reliability and resident comfort.
The role requires 3+ years of maintenance experience, HVAC knowledge, EPA refrigerant certification, strong communication with residents and staff, and the ability to lift 50 lbs

Compensation: commensurate with experience, range $25.05- $30.00.
