Job summary

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience in medium to heavy industrial environments.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand/walk up to 12 hours.
• Experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical systems (pneumatic, hydraulic, power trains).
• Fabrication skills including burning, cutting and MIG welding.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate systems to determine maintenance or repairs needed.
• Assist teammates with technical issues on assignments.
• Prepare for production shift and ensure proper changeover.
• Plan work priorities with managers and supervisors and obtain necessary supplies.
• Develop and execute PM, PdM, and CPL programs for all plant assets.
• Track maintenance work, checklists, and resources.
• Respond to emergencies ensuring safety of plant facilities and equipment.
• Operate forks and other mobile equipment.
• Follow operating procedures and safety guidelines.
• Identify enhancement opportunities and suggest improvements.
