Thatcher Company is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to ensure reliable operation of equipment at our chemical manufacturing and distribution facility. You will perform preventative and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation issues, and uphold safety standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in a general maintenance environment.
• Electrical systems and control experience (PLC, instrumentation) preferred.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings and plans.

Responsibilities

• Complete projects assigned by the maintenance supervisor.
• Maintain plant assets and mechanical systems to minimize downtime.
• Follow safety protocols and company policies (OSHA compliant).
• Communicate clearly and work effectively in a team.
