Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Hydraulic/Pneumatic certifications desirable.
• Background in Forging Facility maintenance.
• CNC machine repair experience a plus.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatics and CNC troubleshooting skills.
• Welding/cutting/fabrication experience required for plant maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair presses, manipulators, machine tools and related equipment with minimal supervision.
• Perform mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and CNC repairs as required.
• Operate to maximize equipment uptime and follow priorities set by maintenance supervision.
• Document maintenance work using CMMS/E-Maint and MS Office; maintain tools and inventory.
• Participate in preventive and predictive maintenance programs and update drawings as needed.
