• Communicate with the planning department for all recommended repairs, and or parts that would need to be ordered.

Summary

Keep production running smoothly by maintaining and improving the equipment that powers our operations. As a Maintenance Mechanic I, you will perform preventive maintenance, repairs, calibrations, and installations while supporting equipment reliability within a designated area of the facility. You will serve as a subject matter expert for your assigned process, helping troubleshoot issues and ensure consistent performance. This role is ideal for a hands‑on, mechanically inclined professional who enjoys problem solving, working with equipment, and contributing to safe, efficient operations.

This position has a target wage of $21 - $35.50 per hour, based on shift, experience and qualifications with annual bonus available (variable depending on performance). Overtime may be available.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 5:00am-3:00pm. Satursdays/Weekends as business needs dictate.

Principal Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Minimum Education And Experience

• Vocational/technical school or equivalent training for 3-4 years in four areas on the maintenance classification requirements.
• 0 - 3 Years experience.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Preferred Education And Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3 - 4 years of prior related experience.

Physical Requirements And Environmental Factors

• Exposure to plant seasonal weather and temperatures.
• Noise exposure to 85 db. or more.
• Exposure to chlorinated water of 20 ppm.
• Ability to move throughout the plant on a regular basis.
• Ability to bend, stoop and lift objects as needed.
• Must wear required personal protective equipment.
