Job Summary

The Maintenance Mechanic I plays a vital role in the Maintenance department by supporting production uptime through completing PM schedules, machine modifications, installations, and providing production support.

Primary Responsibilities

• Follow all safety guidelines, rules, and regulations for assigned tasks
• Assist in preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery
• Accurately fill out work orders with relevant information in a timely manner
• Follow written and verbal instructions
• Work a flexible schedule as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Uphold high ethical standards and live by Armtec’s ethics and business conduct policies

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills
• Basic use of hand tools
• Basic maintenance skills
• Read and write in English
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Dependable, responsible, accurate, and effective in dealing with people
