Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in mechanical maintenance, industrial repair, equipment servicing, or related technical field.
• Experience with hydraulic, electrical, or electro-mechanical systems.
• Ability to read blueprints, wiring schematics, drawings, and technical documentation.
• Knowledge of hydraulic circuits and electro-mechanical troubleshooting techniques.
• Experience using diagnostic equipment such as multimeters, megohmmeters, and hi-pot testers.
• Familiarity with 480V 3-phase and 120V single-phase electrical systems.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills for documentation, reporting, and maintenance tracking.
• Strong communication and teamwork capabilities.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Current work authorization in the United States (no sponsorship available).
