Job Description Summary
The Maintenance Mechanic – HVAC Electronic Technician will perform duties necessary to properly maintain all HVAC equipment by performing the following duties.
Minimum Qualifications
· High School diploma and HVAC or BMS Vocational diploma or certificate; or High School diploma and apprentice experience.
· Two to five years of experience with HVAC and building equipment.
·Various computer program knowledge
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of computer operated controls
