Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• 7+ years manufacturing experience preferred with PLC knowledge a plus.
• Experience with grain handling/processing equipment.
• Experience with welding and air compressors.
• Experience with rigging to move machinery.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain production machines and plant equipment.
• Perform emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders.
• On-Call Maintenance rotation.
• Utilize powered industrial equipment including forklifts and lifts.
• Discuss work orders, equipment malfunctions and task coordination with co-workers.
