Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in a production environment.
• Must read, write, and speak English.
• Willing to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Decide operating strategies, set-points, and limits.
• Optimize system operations for cost and reliability.
• Schedule and perform major repairs and rebuilds.
• Recommend equipment upgrades and improvements.
• Perform system inspections and mechanical integrity checks.
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical or electrical problems.
• Repair and rebuild equipment within the department's areas.
• Administer preventive and predictive maintenance.
