Job summary

FXI is seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our manufacturing team. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, and respond to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime.

You will ensure safety compliance and maintain accurate records while collaborating on process improvements. The role requires a high school diploma (technical certification preferred) and 3+ years in a similar setting, with flexible scheduling

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• 3+ years of experience as a maintenance mechanic in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment.
• Knowledge of safety practices and OSHA regulations.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment.
