Shift - 7am to 3pm, Monday to Friday
Our client is a growing manufacturer looking to add to their maintenance team!
-Perform and document routine preventive maintenance on all production machinery in accordance with the maintenance schedule.
-Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and control issues on machines, systems, and components.
-Install and service production equipment, ensuring proper calibration and functionality.
-Coordinate machine repairs and service visits with equipment manufacturers and vendors.
-Conduct inspections and performance tests to ensure machinery operates within specifications.
-Utilize appropriate tools, PPE, and Lockout/Tagout procedures to perform safe and efficient repairs.
-Support emergency maintenance needs related to machine failures or critical production equipment.
-Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and other equipment necessary to access machinery.
-Maintain spare parts inventory and contribute to continuous improvement of maintenance procedures.
-Assist in machine upgrades, retrofits, and improvement projects to enhance production efficiency.
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of machine areas, including routine cleaning and upkeep.
-Collaborate with manufacturing teams to reduce equipment-related downtime and improve overall machine reliability.

-Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
-Ability to read machine manuals, schematics, and technical drawings.
-Experience with preventive maintenance programs and CMMS systems preferred.
-Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding environments.
-Forklift and lift equipment operation experience required.
-Flexibility for on-call and emergency maintenance as needed.
