Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, operational checks, repairs, installation, and troubleshooting on electrical and mechanical systems across the park.
• Install, maintain, and repair electric motors, pumps, control wiring, relays, and starters, including for boilers and HVAC systems.
• Perform minor carpentry and painting for electrical installations and small building repairs.
• Install, modify, troubleshoot, and repair utility, supply, and disposal systems (sewage, water, oil, gas).
• Remove ice and snow from roadways, parking areas, and residential routes, often during night or adverse weather.
