Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair building electrical systems, lighting, panels and feeders.
• Inspect and service base fire protection, alarms and safety systems.
• Maintain plumbing, HVAC, heat pump and duct systems and related controls.
• Repair roofing, doors, gates and perimeter fencing as needed.
• Keep accurate maintenance work orders and equipment records.
