Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on plumbing, electrical, heating, air conditioning and ventilating equipment.
• Visually inspect equipment daily and report issues.
• Fill out work orders for maintenance activities and track time/materials.
• Maintain mechanical rooms and equipment in good condition.
• Perform minor building repairs (ballasts, lamps, doors, plumbing).
• Operate Building Automation and Work Order systems and adhere to safety procedures.
