What You'll Do:
As a Maintenance Mechanic, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the day-to-day operations and care of the property. You will:

• Collaborate with a team of skilled maintenance professionals to keep the property in excellent condition.
• Diagnose and resolve maintenance issues, using your expertise in general repairs and troubleshooting.
• Provide exceptional service to residents, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
• Perform a variety of hands-on maintenance tasks, including:
  • Light carpentry, general electrical, plumbing, sheetrock, spackle, painting, and flooring repairs.
  • Apartment turnover preparation, including cleaning and readying units for new residents.
  • Common area upkeep and trash removal.
  • Snow and ice removal, as needed.
• Respond to emergency repairs promptly and participate in an on-call rotation.
