What You'll Do:

As a Maintenance Mechanic, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the day-to-day operations and care of the property. You will:

1. Collaborate with a team of skilled maintenance professionals to keep the property in excellent condition.
2. Diagnose and resolve maintenance issues, using your expertise in general repairs and troubleshooting.
3. Provide exceptional service to residents, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
4. Perform a variety of hands-on maintenance tasks, including:
   1. Light carpentry, general electrical, plumbing, sheetrock, spackle, painting, and flooring repairs.
   2. Apartment turnover preparation, including cleaning and readying units for new residents.
   3. Common area upkeep and trash removal.
   4. Snow and ice removal, as needed.
5. Respond to emergency repairs promptly and participate in an on-call rotation.
