Eastern Shore Forest Products, Inc. in Frankford, DE is seeking a dependable Maintenance Mechanic to keep firewood and mulch production equipment running safely and efficiently.

You will diagnose problems, perform repairs and carry out preventive maintenance to minimize downtime. The role requires hands-on experience with diesel engines, hydraulics and electrical systems, along with welding skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in industrial/manufacturing maintenance.
• Experience with diesel engines, hydraulics and electrical systems.
• Proficient in welding (MIG/stick) and fabrication.
• Able to read hydraulic/electrical schematics.
• Valid driver's license; CDL preferred.
• Experience with conveyors, packaging equipment or similar machinery.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose, repair and maintain hydraulics across production equipment.
• Troubleshoot AC/DC electrical systems and motor controls.
• Perform preventive maintenance and lubrication.
• Repair rolling stock such as forklifts and loaders.
• Document work orders and parts usage.
• Follow safety rules and use PPE.
• Communicate status and repair times to management.
