Job summary

Tailored Brands, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic for our Jenkins Township, PA distribution center.

You will troubleshoot, diagnose, assemble, repair and maintain a range of automated and manual production equipment, forklift and conveyors, and support preventive maintenance programs. You will operate hand and electrical tools, work in a high-volume team, and be capable of periods of overtime, weekends, and holidays to meet production needs.

Qualifications

Must have hands-on maintenance experience.
Strong mechanical background and equipment troubleshooting.
Millwright/Technical or trade school education is a plus.
Familiarity with hand and electric tools.
Ability to work overtime and weekends as production demands.
Must read, write and understand English for job duties.
Detail-oriented with safety-focused approach.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume team.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, diagnose, assemble, repair and maintain equipment and systems in the DC.
Perform major and minor repairs on material handling equipment including forklifts and conveyors.
Coordinate and participate in preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance activities.
Operate manual and powered tools to maintain equipment functionality.
Maintain inventories of parts, tools and supplies; uphold safe working conditions.
Collaborate with team and management; support maintenance department improvements.
