Tailored Brands, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience required.
• Strong mechanical background and equipment troubleshooting experience.
• Technical, vocational or trade school education is a plus.
• Demonstrated mechanical skills and technical aptitude.
• Prior diagnostic, troubleshooting and preventative maintenance (PM) experience preferred.
• Familiarity with various hand and electric tools.
• Ability to prioritize and organize work related tasks and special projects.
• Must possess good communication skills.
• Must be able to speak, read, and understand English for purposes of performing necessary job duties.
• Detail-oriented and ability to meet deadlines.
• Problem solving and analytical skills required.
• Ability to work safely by following all maintenance department's standard operating procedures.
• Flexibility and dependability is required and must be willing to work overtime, off-shift, weekends, and holidays to support production needs.
• Ability to work alone and in a team environment.
• Ability to work in a production warehouse environment with exposure to various climate conditions (warm, cold, heat) and under stressful conditions such as small and high spaces.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, assemble, repair and maintain equipment, machinery and systems related to automated and manual production equipment.
• Repair and maintain material handling equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, racks, conveyors, docking systems and compressors.
• Coordinate and participate in preventative, predictive and corrective maintenance on machinery and equipment.
• Operate and use tools to maintain equipment for proper functionality.
• Support and assist in maintaining and improving the maintenance department.
