Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with demonstrated mechanical skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and identify effective solutions.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, overtime, and emergency call-in support.
• Must provide and maintain the personal hand tools necessary to perform the essential functions.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative, predictive, and routine maintenance on production equipment, facility systems, and building infrastructure.
• Complete assigned work orders in a timely, high-quality manner with pride and attention to detail.
• Regularly inspect operating equipment to identify potential problems and prevent downtime.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and process equipment and systems.
• Respond promptly to breakdowns and emergencies to minimize downtime.
• Communicate equipment concerns and safety issues to the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow safety, GMP, environmental, and quality requirements.
