Job summary

Harley-Davidson Motor Company in Menomonee Falls, WI, is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic with CNC repair expertise to support Powertrain Operations.

You will respond to breakdowns, perform preventive and predictive maintenance, and participate in TPM and root-cause analysis to maximize equipment uptime.

Requires five years of CNC repair experience and a journeyman card, with SAP and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Five years of CNC machine repair experience.
• Experience repairing Horizontal/Vertical Machining Centers, lathes, grinders.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Experience with SAP CMMS or similar maintenance software.

Responsibilities

• Support the production operation by providing immediate response to all breakdowns to minimize downtime.
• Utilize welding techniques to repair machine components.
• Participate in Root Cause Analysis and Continuous Improvement activities to increase uptime.
• Assist in training employees in basic maintenance tasks under TPM.
