Job summary

JARP-Industries in Wisconsin is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic (1st Shift, Full-Time) to perform mechanical tasks, CNC center work, building and limited electrical maintenance across the facility under the Maintenance Manager.

The role requires reading blueprints, welding and CNC repair experience preferred, with a focus on reducing downtime and ensuring preventive maintenance. Strong problem-solving and teamwork are essential; excellent benefits accompany this position.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree in a related field with two years' experience preferred.
• Prior welding and CNC maintenance repair experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and other technical drawings.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide preventative maintenance on all production equipment and building.
• Perform mechanical and limited electrical work on equipment.
• Install replacement parts and components as needed on machinery.
• Perform air compressor preventative maintenance and weekly service requirements.
• Assist in installation of new equipment and relocation of existing equipment.
• Collaborate with team leaders to minimize downtime and lost production.
• Input service data into maintenance tracking system.
• Troubleshoot equipment using diagrams and electrical testing tools.
• Coordinate with EHS to ensure OSHA compliance.
• Operate wastewater treatment system within specifications.
• Perform general cleaning and maintenance tasks.
