Salary Range: $19.00 - $28.00/hr

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, HVAC, bed repairs)
  • Troubleshoot and explain issues and solutions clearly
  • Read blueprints, schematics, and manuals
  • Maintain a safe, efficient work environment
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred; trade/vocational training a plus
  • Minimum two years experience in building systems preferred
  • Valid driver’s license may be required based on location
Additional Details

Must be able to work all shifts as scheduled, follow policies and dress code, and communicate effectively. Knowledge of codes and standards is required. May include installation and maintenance of mechanical systems, groundskeeping, and outside maintenance. On-call duties may be required.
