Qualifications

• Three years related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Inspect buildings and equipment as scheduled or on demand.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Handle basic electrical/plumbing repairs and light fixtures.
• Assist trades personnel and contractors as needed.
• Disassemble and reinstall equipment and fixtures.
