Southeastern Container, Inc. in Cleveland, TN seeks a Maintenance Mechanic to perform setup, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of blowmolding and injection systems, and related equipment.

You will assist Operators and Technicians to keep operations safe and efficient in line with SQMS guidelines. Requirements include at least 3 years in industrial maintenance, strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical and control systems, the ability to read schematics, and CMMS/work order

Formación

• 3 years industrial maintenance experience; blowmolding process preferred.
• Understand electrical, mechanical, and control systems.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
• Experience using CMMS or work order systems.
• Ability to analyze problems and perform repairs.
• High School/GED or trade diploma required.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and/or changeover equipment; troubleshoot and repair; perform preventative maintenance.
• Ensure equipment runs safely and meets quality/specs before completion.
• Monitor equipment for efficiency and quality; respond to maintenance calls promptly.
• Perform building maintenance and service forklifts as needed.
• Read and understand electrical/mechanical schematics and blueprints.
• Repair and/or rebuild spare machine parts as needed.
• Test and document equipment and processes; complete paperwork.
• Attend training classes as requested; maintain a clean, safe workspace.
• Report unsafe conditions to supervisors; comply with safety and regulatory requirements.
